8 Week Plan
- Based on your dietary restrictions, I will build you a diet that will get you results.
- I will provide you with a meal plan with multiple options.
- I will also provide you with a list of foods you can swap in and out. (Hundreds of meal options)
- Based on your current physique and goals, I will provide you with a workout program.
- Three options: Home, Gym and Home/Gym variations.
- How to video tutorials for any exercise in a home and/or gym setting.
- I will provide recommended weights to avoid feeling lost or misplaced in the gym.
- Based off of your goals, I will provide recommendations for supplementation.
- Specific muscle gain supplements that I do not share with anyone.
- Specific fat loss supplements that I do not share with anyone.
- I will work with you to fit your supplementation in your budget.
Three Check-Ins on weeks 3, 6 and 8 to ensure you are on track and progressing well.
